FAI YOUTH CUP PREVIEW ST PATS PLAYERSCOPE

David Fagan (Centre-half)
Vice Captain David Fagan is relishing the chance to take on Dundalk again and can't wait for Sunday's showdown.

“Spirits are high in the camp and we are heading into the game full of confidence,” explained Fagan. “We have been training hard and the preparations have gone well. Our team spirit has been excellent - key factors to this were our two trips to Kerry and Cork in the previous rounds. Those two tough away games really bonded the squad together. We feel we are ready for anything.”

Fagan continued, “Manager Alan Ryan and the rest of the coaching staff have us peaking just at the right time of the season. Things are coming together really well. Four clean sheets in our last six games and with Andy Haran firing in the goals up front we know are in good shape.”

“The big pitch of Richmond Park will really suit our style and we have had two close encounters with Dundalk this season and know how good they are but we are really confident of taking their scalp,” finished Fagan.
