PAT’S A CHAMPIONSHIP SIDE FACE GALWAY

St Patrick's Athletic are set to face Galway United in the Newstalk A Championship with a 1.00pm kick off at Richmond Park on Saturday.

The Pat's side have won four out of five games so far in the league and together with the recent Shield games, they have only lost once in the last 10 games.

“It's two years since we last played Galway in the league and with both Pat's and Galway in Airtricity action on Sunday you will no doubt see two quite young sides facing each other”, said assistant manager Alan Ryan.

“Pete has being casting his eye over the team of late and it's great for everyone involved to see the likes of Thomas Cawley, Jake Carroll and Graham Dowling getting called up into the senior squad”, he added.

All home games for the A Championship side will take place at Richmond Park for the coming season and supporters are welcome on match days to show their support for the young Saints.
