Saints Prepare To Win

St Patrick's Athletic manager, Pete Mahon, has confirmed that his side will be set up to win tomorrow's Europa League Third Qualifying Round second leg match against FC Karpaty Lviv.

Trailing two-nil from the first leg in the Ukraine, the Saints know they need at least two goals to progress.

"If we can keep a clean sheet, we will give ourselves a great chance of progressing."

"If they score one, it will mean we to score four, which will make it a very hard task for us."

With no injuries or suspensions, Mahon has a full squad to choose from.

"Training went very well last night. We welcome back Stephen Bradley and Daryl Kavanagh from suspension which gives me a selection headache, but this is a good problem to have."

"Above all we will be looking to win the game. We want to finish the European campaign on a high, a win tomorrow will give us three victories out of six which will be a great achievement."

"Though Karpaty are a good side, a step up from what we have faced before, while progression to the Play-Offs is not beyond us, it will be a difficult task."

Tickets for the game are on sale from the Club Shop in Inchicore and will also be on sale at the Tallaght Stadium before kick-off.
