Duo Re-Sign For 2014
St. Patrick's Athletic can confirm that both Daryl Kavanagh and Lorcan Fitzgerald have re-signed with the club for the 2014 season.
Kavanagh joined the club last July following spells with Cork City and Shamrock Rovers, and having previously played with the Saints under Pete Mahon in 2011.
The 27 year old made a significant contribution in his 12 appearances and scoring 2 goals in 2013, one goal being in the crucial 2-0 win against runners-up Dundalk last September.
Kavanagh will be looking to add to his total of 58 appearances and 13 goals for the Saints in 2014.
24 year old Fitzgerald also joined the club in the summer transfer window from Shelbourne having recovered from a long term injury. The Dubliner, who had a previous spell with West Ham United as a youngster, returned to the League of Ireland with Sporting Fingal where he worked with current Saints' boss Buckley.
Fitzgerald will be looking to add to his 4 appearances made last season, one of which was in the 2013 Leinster Senior Cup Final.
