Bohs Confident Of Stopping Pat’s Trio

Bohemians boss Sean Connor believes he has a gameplan to stop St Patrick’s Athletic’s ‘holy trinity’ of Joseph Ndo, Keith Fahey and Alan Kirby in the big Dublin derby tomorrow night.

‘Pat’s have a difficult run of fixtures coming up and their mettle will be tested, starting with us,’ said Connor. ‘They are due a defeat. They have never been behind in a game, so what will they be like when they have to chase the game?

‘They have that holy trinity of Fahey, Ndo and Kirby who have been their most influential players this season. Their interchanging of passing and movement is excellent. That’s what’s creating their chances. No matter what system they play, you’ve got to stop what those three players do.

‘I think you have to be brave and not sit off them and let them dictate the game because their confidence is sky high. We have a plan in mind and we’ll try and live within that to the best of our ability.’
