St Patrick's Athletic can return to the top of the Airtricity League Premier Division table with a win over Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.

Midfielder Brian Cash returns for St Pat's having been ineligible to play in the Setanta Cup games.

Stuart Byrne took a knock to his back in the return leg against Sligo on Saturday evening and is a doubt, while Ian Bermingham returns following a hamstring strain.

Saints centre-half Conor Kenna is expecting a tough task ahead at the Carlisle Grounds.

Kenna said: 'Bray had a good result in the League Cup against Drogheda recently. At the start of the season they were unlucky in the way they had to put a team together and they've been unlucky in some of their matches. They've a young team, and they'll be up for giving us a battle.'

Wanderers will be at full strength as Jake Kelly, Shane O'Neill, James Kavanagh and veteran Colm Tresson have all been declared fit and return to Eddie Gormley's squad.

Gormley said: 'It will be a tough game. They are a very good side with a number of ex-Bray players in their squad. We need to go into the game with the right attitude and push for a result.'

Saints players Conor Sinnot, Derek Pender, Gareth Coughlan, Dave Mulcahy, Gary Rogers and Paul Byrne have all had spells with the seaside club.
