Powered by FutureTicketing, Saints Tickets allows you to gain access to home matches at Richmond Park easier than ever before.
The service is available on Android and Apple mobile devices.
How to setup Saints Tickets
- Upon purchasing your ticket you will receive an email with a link to: app.stpatsfc.com
- Click to open the link on your mobile device
- Android: Once you have accessed the page press the three dots '...' and scroll down to 'Install App'. Saints Tickets will now display as an app on your mobile's desktop screen
- Apple: When the page has loaded press the share icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down and click on Add to Home Screen'. Saints Tickets will now display as an app on your mobile's desktop screen
- First time users will have to create a password
- Select 'Forgot Credentials'
- Enter your email address and click 'Send Instructions'
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to your inbox
- Login once you have set your new password

The addition of Saints Tickets' offers several advantages. It enhances efficiency for both supporters and stewards, reducing queuing times while providing a secure and contactless entry into Richmond Park.
How do I access my Season Tickets and Match Tickets?
After accessing the app, select 'Forgot Credentials' and use the email address that you used to purchase your Season Tickets and Match Tickets. Once you have logged in, your season tickets and match tickets will be readily available.
Fastest way to access Tickets on matchday?
Easily add the app to your phone's home screen for quick access. Instructions for both iPhone and Android are in the Video at the top of the page, and more detailed can be found in the below FAQ sections titled 'Add App to Homescreen'.
Are physical tickets still available?

Ensure that you’ve used the same email address used for purchasing your Season Tickets and Match Tickets. If issues persist, please contact info@stpatsfc.com
Multiple Season Tickets are on my account?
Season Tickets will appear on the email address they were purchased from. To add them on another device, login on that device and use the Digital Wallet option under the ticket to add it to a separate device.

Enter your email you have bought your season tickets and match day tickets on. Tap Send Instructions
Step 4
Follow the instructions sent to your email to create or reset your password
Tap Reset your password
Step 5
Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields
Step 6
Enter your email and new password. Tap Login. This will now give you access to your digital tickets

Add the Saints Tickets icon to your home screen following the provided instructions for your device

When you open the app for the first time, you will likely receive a prompt to add the app to your home screen
If not, you can manually add it by following these steps:
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap the option to Install App

1. Open Safari
2. Enter app.stpatsfc.com in the web address field
3. Tap the Share button.
4. Choose the Add to Home Screen option.
Digital Wallet capabilities are now available via the app for your home match tickets, scanning into games made easier!
Steps:
1. Open Saints Tickets app on your smartphone device
2. Open your matchday ticket
3. For Apple and Android smartphone users, select one of the two below:
4. Follow the corresponding steps to add to your wallet
- Add to Apple Wallet
- Add to Google Wallet
5. Congrats, you have added your matchday ticket to your digital wallet!
Digital Wallet capabilities are now available via the app for both your season ticket and home match tickets, scanning into games made easier!

For general match ticket purchases, you can share your tickets to an email of your choosing.
The recipient will receive an email asking to 'Accept Tickets'. Once accepted, the ticket will be transferred.
