This Ticket Policy applies to all Season Tickets and Match Tickets issued by St Patrick's Athletic FC ("the Club").
By purchasing or using a Ticket, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Club's Ground Regulations, and all applicable League of Ireland and FAI regulations.

1. Buying Tickets
1.1 Official Sales
Tickets may only be purchased through the Club's official ticketing channels or authorised partners. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be cancelled without refund.
1.2 Ticket Categories
The Club offers the following ticket categories:
- Adult
- Under 12
- Teen (13–17)
- Student 3rd Level Full Time
- Over 65
Ticket holders must be eligible for the category purchased.
1.3 Identification
- Student and Over 65 ticket holders must produce valid photographic ID when requested.
- Failure to produce valid ID may result in refusal of entry or the requirement to pay the appropriate adult rate.
1.4 Under 12 Policy
- Under 12 tickets are only valid when accompanied by an Adult Season Ticket holder seated within the same section of the Ground.
- The accompanying adult must be aged 18 or over.
- Under 12 ticket holders must remain under the supervision of the accompanying adult at all times.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse entry where this condition is not met.

2. Using Your Ticket
2.1 Entry
A valid Ticket (digital or physical) must be presented in full to gain entry to the Ground for each Match.
2.2 Seat & Stand Allocation
Tickets grant access only to the stand and seat indicated on the Ticket.
Movement into other areas of the Ground may be restricted for safety or operational reasons.
2.3 Season Tickets
Season Tickets are valid for home league fixtures only, unless otherwise stated.
Seat allocation is season-specific and does not guarantee the same seat in future seasons.
2.4 Relocation
The Club reserves the right to relocate Ticket holders where reasonably necessary for safety, security, crowd management, or operational reasons.

3. Match Changes, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 Fixture Changes
Match dates and kick-off times are subject to change due to weather, broadcasting requirements, policing advice, or competition scheduling.
3.2 Postponed or Rescheduled Matches
Where a Match is postponed or rescheduled, all Match Tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled fixture.
3.3 Refunds – Match Tickets Only
In the event that a Match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, the holder of a Home Match Ticket may, subject to this Policy, be entitled to either:
- a refund of the ticket price (including any booking fee), or
- use of the Ticket for the rescheduled fixture.
The decision as to whether refunds are offered rests with the Club and will be communicated via the Club's official channels.
3.4 Refund Claim Process
Where refunds are offered:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the official announcement of the abandonment, postponement, or rescheduling of the Match.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the Ticket.
- Proof of identity and/or ticket ownership may be required.
- Tickets that include hospitality are subject to separate terms and conditions.
Refund requests submitted outside this 7-day period will not be considered.
3.5 Season Tickets
Season Tickets are non-refundable and remain valid for rescheduled fixtures.
3.6 Additional Costs
The Club shall have no further liability to Ticket holders whatsoever, including (without limitation) travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of enjoyment, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from a Match being postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
3.7 Ticket Protection
Ticket holders who are unable to attend a rescheduled fixture due to personal circumstances are advised to consider optional ticket protection or refund cover (such as XCover), where available, at the point of purchase. Any claim under such cover is a matter between the ticket holder and the cover provider.

4. Ticket Transfers, Misuse & Away Supporters
4.1 Personal Use
Tickets are issued for personal use only.
4.2 Resale & Transfer
Tickets must not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial gain.
Unauthorised resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without refund and further sanctions.
4.3 Home Tickets & Away Supporters
Home Match Tickets are issued exclusively for supporters of St Patrick's Athletic FC.
Any Home Match Ticket found to have been purchased by, transferred to, or used by a supporter of the visiting clubmay be cancelled immediately without refund, and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Ground.
The Club reserves the right to:
- cancel such Tickets or Season Tickets without refund;
- restrict or prohibit future ticket purchases;
- take further action where misuse is deliberate or repeated.

5. Behaviour & Safety
5.1 Ground Regulations
All attendees must comply with the Club's Ground Regulations and follow the instructions of stewards, Club officials, and Gardaí.
5.2 Prohibited Behaviour
The following may result in ejection, cancellation of Tickets, or bans:
- abusive, racist, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour;
- intoxication or disorderly conduct;
- throwing objects or entering the field of play;
- possession of prohibited items, including pyrotechnics;
- unauthorised access to restricted areas.
5.3 Enforcement
Serious or persistent breaches may result in:
- immediate removal from the Ground;
- cancellation of Match Tickets or Season Tickets without refund;
- stadium bans or restrictions on future ticket purchases.

6. Recording & Commercial Activity
6.1 Filming & Recording
Personal, private, non-commercial recording using mobile devices is permitted.
Any commercial recording, broadcast, or distribution requires prior written consent from the Club.
6.2 Commercial Activity
The promotion or sale of goods, services, or marketing materials within the Ground without authorisation is prohibited.

7.1 Responsibility
Ticket holders are responsible for the security of their Tickets.
7.2 Replacements
Replacement Season Tickets may be issued at the Club's discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
7.3 Misuse
Misuse of a Ticket may result in refusal of entry, ejection, or cancellation without refund.

8. Liability & Privacy
8.1 Personal Property
Attendance at Matches is at the Ticket holder's own risk. The Club accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by the Club's negligence.
8.2 CCTV
CCTV operates in and around the Ground for safety and security purposes.

9. Legal
9.1 Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
9.2 Jurisdiction
The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Policy.
