CUP SUCCESS FOR FIFTEENS

Our two Under 15 sides both qualified for their respective League Cup Semi Finals on Saturday.

Our Major side qualifed at the expense of St Francis in their quarter-final of the Fenlon Cup. Following a tense game the sides were still deadlocked at the end of normal and extra time. The Saints kept their nerve in the penalty shoot-out winning 4-2.

Our 15A side also earned a semi final spot in their Cox Cup Quarter Final with Dunboyne. These young Saints recorded
a fine 3-1 win as they continued their good form. The 15A's
are currently second in their division and in strong contention
for promotion or league honours.

Sadly our 16's bowed out of their league cup competition following their 2-0 defeat away to Shamrock Rovers in their Neville Cup quarter final.
