SAINTS SCHOOLBOYS CELEBRATE END OF SEASON
The St Patrick's Athletic schoolboy section celebrated their end of season with a special function for all our underage teams at the Red Cow Inn on Sunday last.
There were four schoolboy cups on display – the league winning trophies of the U'10's, the U-11's and the U15's - as well the league cup won by the U-16's who also finished runners up in their league as did the St Pat's U-12's.
Over 300 attended the event and guest speaker St Pat's manager Pete Mahon joked that he was under added pressure to deliver a cup with the first team when he saw all the silverware on display.
Chairman of the schoolboys, Ben Smithers thanked the schoolboy committee, the team coaches, the parents and families as well as the players themselves for all their hard work and support over the year.
Trials for St Patrick's Athletic Schoolboy teams will take place on July 3rd and 4th at Bunting Road, Walkinstown.
