We are looking forward to tonight's history talk by Dermot Looney - "St Pat's, The Early Years".
Last year Dermot commenced a research project on the history of St Pat's with the hope of releasing a book on the club. More information is available here.
Tonight's event at Richmond Barracks is the first to mark the 90th Anniversary of St Patrick's Athletic.
The talk will include antecedents to St Pat's, the founding of the club, and the team's meteoric rise through junior football and into the League of Ireland, which they won at the first attempt in 1951/52.
Fans and relatives are encouraged to attend and bring along old photos, documents and memorabilia to help with the club's 90th commemorations. A scanner will be available on the night to copy any photos and documents.
Refreshments will be served in the cafe after the talk where there will be ample opportunity to share stories and memories of the Saints over the years.
Tickets, which cost 5 euro can be purchased on the night or in advance here.
