TEAM NEWS: Cork City Vs SAINTS (Saturday, 5pm)
St Patrick's Athletic make the journey south as they travel to face Cork City in the SSE Airtricity League on Saturday evening in Turner's Cross (kick-off 5pm, LIVE on WATCHLOI.ie).
The Saints will be looking to record back to back league wins following last week's 2-0 Dublin derby win over Shelbourne, with goals from Chris Forrester and Rory Feely earning Stephen O'Donnell's side the points.
Pat's will also be looking for a fourth clean sheet in a row, with clean sheets previously against Sligo Rovers and Derry City as well as last week's clean sheet against Shelbourne.
In team news, Pat's can call upon the services of Republic of Ireland under 21 international midfielder Jamie Lennon once again after he served a one match suspension last week. The Saints have a full squad to select from.
For Saints' midfielder Robbie Benson, the challenge of facing the Leesiders is one he is familiar with in his time playing in the League of Ireland. The Athlone man is focused on the game, and hopeful that the Saints can come away with the points.
"We saw Cork against Harps last week up in Ballybofey against Finn Harps and they were very good in the game. Any fixture in Turner's Cross is always tough. It probably will be an advantage to us that there won't be many fans there as the fans down there can make it quite hostile for the away side. But we know they are playing well and fighting for results so we will have to be at our best if we are to get a result."
We spoke to Robbie Benson at the FIFA 21 Club Pack launch at Richmond Park earlier in the week
