ST PAT'S STAND UNITED AGAINST RACISM
St Patrick's Athletic were delighted to participate recently in FARE Week which celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Football Against Racism in Europe Campaign.
As a sign of the club's commitment to supporting both the anti-racism message and the promotion of Integration - St Pat's players wore United Against Racism t-shirts in their pre-match warm up, both teams were led onto the pitch by local youngsters carrying the anti-racism banner and two local teams Lucan United and Belgrave under-8's competed at halftime in special “many voices, one goal” training bibs.
St Patrick's Athletic Supporters also recently arranged a friendly game as part of the FARE week against a Romanian fans team - click here for details.
