Supporters attending the Pats v Dundalk fixture on Friday night will have the chance to win a signed jersey of their choice as raffle tickets will be sold before kick off.
The draw will be done at half time in the match and all proceeds will go to Temple Street Children's Hospital.
A similar fundraiser was held in the same fixture last season and the response from supporters was fabulous.
Event organiser Jonathan O'Brien, who will be cycling 700kms for the charity later this month, explained:
Both the Pats and Dundalk fans were brilliant last year.
Supporters were unbelievably generous with their hard earned cash and we are hoping that once again fans can find a couple of euro for this great cause.
The specialist equipment required by Temple Street is extremely expensive.
Last year's raffle proceeds made a significant impact in funding a brand new respiratory cot, so a huge thank you to all supporters who helped us with this achievement.
Tickets will be on sale inside the ground priced at €2 per row or 3 rows for €5. The draw will be done on the pitch at half time.
Temple Street Children's Hospital would like to thank St Patrick's Athletic, Dundalk FC and Umbro Ireland for all their help in organising this event.
