Saints Begin 2026 League Campaign
St Patrick's Athletic get their 2026 League of Ireland campaign underway in style this Sunday with a Dublin derby clash against Bohemians at the Aviva Stadium.
The fixture, a repeat of both the 2021 and 2023 FAI Cup Finals, kicks off at 2pm on Sunday, February 8th. Tickets for St Pat's supporters are available via Ticketmaster.
The Saints will have fond memories of these recent cup meetings with Bohs. After a dramatic penalty shootout victory in the 2021 final, Pat's lifted the trophy again in 2023 with an impressive 3–1 win over the Gypsies
It's been a busy off-season in Inchicore, with several players moving on and Stephen Kenny reshaping his squad. Supporters could see league debuts on Sunday for new arrivals Glory Nzingo, Ryan Edmondson, Darragh Nugent, Ronan Boyce and Max Mata.
Last season's meetings between the sides were tightly contested. Each team claimed one victory, while the two most recent encounters ended in goalless draws. Jason McClelland found the net when the teams met at Richmond Park back in March.
